FW: problem starting ldap daemon, sta

I'm running openldap-2.0.27 on an INTEL box.  I've already have kerberos
V
on my server, and client.  I can debug option on slapd.  Here are the
errors
that I have found:

        daemon: socket() failed errorno=97 (Address family not support
by protocol)
           
            TLS: could not set cipher list HIGH:MEDIUM:++SSLV2
            TLS: error:140E6118:SSL routines:
SSL_CIPHER_PROCESS_RULESTR:invalid command ssl_ciph.c:61

I have inserted a copy of my slapd.conf file.
