posix regex package for win platform

Hi,

 I'd like to compile ldap but I still need the posix regex package
(winregex?). The link given here on the openldap homepage unfortunately is
out of date. Also the search engines I used give the same result.
It would be nice if somebody could mail me a valid address or mail me the
package if it is not too big.
